Almost 70 universities in Germany have been chosen by local recruiters as the best universities for graduate employment.

The German employability ranking uses just the votes of employers in Germany, who are asked to name which universities produce the most employable graduates.

It contrasts  with the Global Employability Ranking, which aggregates these votes with votes of international employers to create a worldwide ranking with different ordering.

The Technical University of Munich is Germany’s best university for employability. Perhaps surprisingly, only three of the top 10 universities are in Berlin, with the rest spread around Munich, Heidelberg, Frankfurt and Aachen.

The global employability ranking, in its sixth year, is designed by human resources consultancy Emerging with employment research group Trendence. It is published exclusively by Times Higher Education.
