University Impact Rankings 2023 for UN SDG 14: Life below water

The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings are the only global performance tables that assess universities against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We use carefully calibrated indicators to provide comprehensive and balanced comparison across four broad areas: research, stewardship, outreach and teaching. The list includes 504 institutions from 79 countries/regions.

• The ranking is led by Macquarie University in Australia, followed by Florida International University in the US and University of Tasmania in Australia
• The UK is the most-represented nation in the top 100 with 13 institutions, followed by Japan with 12 and Canada with 10
