Global Sustainable Development Congress

Collective action for a sustainable future
The Global Sustainable Development Congress is an annual event which brings together the world's leading thinkers, policymakers and organisations to drive alliances and create positive action for a more sustainable future.
The main agenda features six core tracks, each dedicated to addressing the transformations critical to achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Across each track we explore key topics from reviewing current action, examining the driving forces impacting change and addressing questions on how we can deliver impactful solutions effectively, quickly and globally.
- Cities and communities
- Digital innovation
- Education, gender and inequality
- Energy and industry
- Environment
- Health and well-being
The congress also features an exclusive live preview and full reveal of the THE Impact Ratings, the only global performance table that assesses universities against the SDGs.
Taking place in Jakarta on 22–25 June 2026, the fifth instalment of the congress promises to drive new alliances and create positive action for a better tomorrow. Visit the event website.
