Jaap Spreeuw has qualified as actuary with the Dutch Actuarial Society.

Laura Ballotta , former PhD student at the University of Bergamo, has been appointed lecturer in financial mathematics.

Richard Fairchild , formerly with British Aerospace and PhD student at the University of Bristol, has been appointed lecturer in strategic corporate finance.

Paul Goodwin , former principal lecturer at Bristol Business School, UWE, has been appointed lecturer in management science.

Kim Hoque , former research fellow at Cardiff Business School, has been appointed lecturer in human resource management.

Andreas Krause , former lecturer and researcher at the University of Freiburg, has been appointed lecturer in finance.

Areti Krepapa , former research analyst in Greece, has been appointed lecturer in marketing.

Steve McGuire , previously lecturer in international management at Royal Holloway College, London, has been appointed lecturer in international business.

Taylor McNamee , formerly lecturer and researcher at California State University and employed by Arthur D Little, Syntex Corporation and the Bank of America, has been appointed lecturer in strategy.

Joe Nandhakumar , former visiting professot at the University of California at Irvine, and PhD student, University of Cambridge, has been appointed senior lecturer in information systems.

Niki Panteli , former visiting assistant professor at the University of Cyprus, has been appointed lecturer in information systems.

Steve Taylor , former captain in the US Airforce, and teacher at Boston College, has been appointed lecturer in change management.
