London School of Economics - Fifth and first

五月 27, 2010

The University of Cape Town has become the London School of Economics' fifth foreign institutional partner. The deal is LSE's first formal alliance with an African university, and will pave the way for student exchanges, visiting fellowships, research collaborations and joint training programmes. A memorandum of understanding was signed at a ceremony in South Africa by Max Price, vice-chancellor of Cape Town, and Sarah Worthington, LSE's pro director for research and external relations. LSE's other international partners are Columbia University in New York, Sciences Po in Paris, Peking University in Beijing and the National University of Singapore.
