King's College London has awarded honorary fellowships to: The Duke of Wellington, descendant of a college founder; Lady Wolfson, trustee of the Wolfson Foundation; and Jose Blanco, trustee and executive director of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Elected fellowships go to: Frank Ashley, dean of the college's dental institute; Sir Norman Browse, professor of surgery and a consulting surgeon at St Thomas's Hospital; Thelma Fisher, leading authority on family mediation; Malcolm Godfrey, former dean of the medical school at Hammersmith Hospital; Lady Mayhew, former member of college council; Robin Morse, head of the college's school of law
