An earned Doctorate Degree in related discipline; Proven university teaching experience or experience in participating in 3 or more academic research projects or research funding in related fields; Proven research experience in Chinese history, Macao history, and Sino-Western Cultural Communication and Exchange, and has published 5 or more representative papers.
