International Society for Asphalt Pavements

Professor Stephen Brown head of school of civil engineering, University of Nottingham has recently been appointed as chairman of the ISAP. This learned society was formed in 1987 and is responsible for promoting research and technology transfer on all aspects of roads, runways and other paved areas which are wholly or partly constructed with asphalt.
