The list includes more than 300 universities from 70 countries.

The list is led by Australia’s Western Sydney University, while the Netherlands’ Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Sweden’s University of Gothenburg complete the top three.

Japan is the most-represented nation in the table with 28 institutions, followed by Russia with 21 and the US with 20.
