The School of Accounting and Finance is one of the constituent units of the Faculty of Business and is the longest established accounting school in Hong Kong with over 80 full-time academic as well as teaching staff in the areas of accounting, finance, economics, and law. Department of Building and Real Estate Teaching Fellow in Construction and Real Estate Technology (Ref. 251118015) The Department of Building and Real Estate is one of the constituent departments of the Faculty of Construction and Environment. The Department offers a full range of programmes leading to the awards of Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Philosophy, Master of Science and Bachelor of Science. It has an undergraduate student body of over 600 full-time students and a postgraduate student body of over 300. The Department currently has a total of 30 full-time academic / teaching staff, 20 technical and administrative staff and over 100 research personnel. Qualifications Applicants should have:  (a) a relevant master’s degree in Construction or a closely related field, plus not less than five years of post-qualification tertiary teaching experience and/or relevant professional, practical or industrial experience; preferably with relevant professional qualification;  (b) documented professional achievements in teaching and demonstrated high level of competence in design and delivery of teaching, curriculum and pedagogy development, subject administration and programme management;  (c) some experience in academic management and leadership;  (d) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and (e) good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
