The authors of those "Ten Things You Didn't Know About..." newspaper columns have obviously been redeployed to work on The Dolphin , the University of Southampton magazine, which is marking the university's 50 glorious years with an equal number of facts.
Pick of the bunch is that the Oceanography Centre is run by Professor Roe and employs folk called Brine, Coley, Dunk, Fisher, Herring, Mullett and (stretching matters a little) Pond.
