University of Warwick - Indian autumn for WMG

Expansion in Indian higher education is being aided by a UK university. The University of Warwick's WMG unit has signed a partnership with IIT Kharagpur in support of an Indian government initiative to increase the number of Indian Institutes of Technology by opening a number of new institutes under the guidance of existing ones. A dozen WMG research staff and industrialists will visit Kharagpur in November to continue to build the overall partnership and to look at ways to assist with the creation of IIT Bhubaneswar.
