University of Leeds - Medieval mythbusters

More than 1,500 scholars from around the world were expected to descend on the University of Leeds this week for a myth-busting International Medieval Congress. The scholars were set to explore aspects of the medieval past, including whether those accused of witchcraft and heresy were really burnt in town squares for public sport.
