The University of Twente is organising a four day training course for research and development (R&D) evaluators and government officials, to be held in Enschede, the Netherlands on 1 and 2 December.
The course will offer lectures by experts in R&D evaluation, study of case materials and international exchange of experiences. The aim is to provide:
- an introduction and overview of R&D evaluation;
- in-depth discussion of key issues and methods;
- systematic approaches to the design of R&D evaluation;
- insight into the use of R&D evaluation as a strategic policy tool.
