1. ADOPTION OF THE DRAFT AGENDA
The Committee adopted the agenda as set out in communication CM 1058/04 of 17 March 2004.
Under Any Other Business, the German delegation requested information on ERA-WATCH.
The German and the French delegations formally protested at the lack of simultaneous translation to and from German and French, respectively.

2. APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT SUMMARY CONCLUSIONS OF THE 292nd MEETING
The Committee approved the summary conclusions as set out in doc. CREST 1202/04 .
