This competition will award Doctoral Training Grants (DTGs) covering three academic years from October 2009: 2009/10, 2010/11 and 2011/12. The competition is being held early in order to ensure that institutions know what BBSRC studentship funding they have well in advance, and can plan their supervisor / project selection and student recruitment in good time.
