A Centre for Excellence in Leadership that will train college principals, chief executives and managers in the post-16 sector opened yesterday. It is run by a partnership led by Lancaster University Management School and the Learning and Skills Development Agency, supported by Ashridge Management School and the Open University and split between their campuses.
