A group of Aboriginal Australians have visited Lancaster University Management School to take part in a programme designed to develop their leadership skills. Three Aboriginal community leaders - Alisa Duff, Peter White and Tina Baum - spent five weeks in the UK taking part in placements to foster leadership development. Michelle Evans, head of the Wilin Centre for Indigenous Arts and Cultural Development at the Victorian College of the Arts, Australia, said: "The three days at Lancaster allowed the recipients the unique opportunity to develop their own thinking around how they approach leadership and what it means to them as individual indigenous leaders in the creative sector."
