Next time you are making a cuppa, it might be wise to opt for white tea if you want to reduce your risk of wrinkles, rheumatoid arthritis and even cancer. Researchers from Kingston University teamed up with Neal's Yard Remedies, an organic skincare firm, to test the health properties of 21 plant and herbal extracts. All the plants tested had some potential benefits, but researchers found that white tea, the unoxidised tea leaf, outperformed the rest.
