Edge Hill/Manchester - Don't have nightmares

Examination stress is the stuff of nightmares for many - but a project aims to free children from its grip. Researchers at Edge Hill University and the University of Manchester have devised a computer training package to help young sufferers. David Putwain, senior lecturer in psychology at Edge Hill, said: "The children taking part in this initiative have reported to us that they feel under pressure and panic when it comes to taking exams, so they hope that our project will give them coping methods to do well in the future."
