Mari Fitzduff, director of Incore, a United Nations University institution based at the University of Ulster, is to help the British Council set up a resource centre for conflict resolution in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The British Council hopes Professor Fitzduff's visit will promote best practice to groups in Indonesia, including the government which want to develop constructive, non-military approaches to current conflicts.
