THE BRITISH LIBRARY The Besterman Medal 1995 was awarded to A Football Compendium: a comprehensive guide to the literature of association football, for an outstanding bibliography.
The compendium was compiled by Peter Seddon and edited by A. E. Cunningham and Cynthia McKinley.
