Thomas Gift, associate professor of political science and founding director of the UCL Centre on US Politics at UCL. As well as publishing extensively in academic journals, Thomas has made more than 1000 TV radio and news appearances and written more than 180 articles for mainstream media, featuring in the New York Times, CNN and the BBC to name a few.
Lakshmi Goel, dean of the School of Business Administration at Al Akhawayn University, where she is assisting in efforts to raise the profile of the whole institution to a global audience.
Colin Harvey, professor of human rights law, fellow of the Institute for Global Peace, Security and Justice and associate fellow of the Institute of Irish Studies, at Queen's University Belfast. Colin has extensive experience in policy engagement and was appointed to the Council of State by the President of Ireland in March 2026. He sits on the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission, the Scientific Committee of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency, alongside other advisory groups.
Riccardo Pelizzo, professor and dean of the Graduate School of Public Policy and acting dean in the School of Sciences and Humanities at Nazarbayev University. Riccardo is an expert on political development in developing countries, he is published across 14 languages and has provided expert opinion to constitutional drafters, institutional reformers, and legislatures in Africa, Asia and the Pacific region.
