Experience in grant proposal writing, scholarly manuscript preparation, and psychological or behavioural data analysis will be highly regarded. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects are required. Knowledge or prior work related to clinical health psychology, behavioural health, community health, women’s health, elderly wellbeing, or the intersection of physical and mental health would be an advantage. The appointee will work with Prof. Wai Sze Chan on projects related to developing predictive models for health outcomes and digital behavioural interventions. Responsibilities include managing and analysing large datasets, assisting in grant and manuscript writing, and coordinating research activities. The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of CARES-Well, a National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) national research project that aims to improve the wellbeing of the UK healthcare workforce.
