The National University of Northwestern Buenos Aires (UNNOBA) was founded in 2002. Its history can be traced back to 1990 with the establishment of the Junín Regional University Centre. A year later in 1991 the Pergamino Regional University Centre opened and in 2002 these two institutions merged together to form UNNOBA.
The university’s main campus is located in Junín, a city in northern Buenos Aires, Argentina. There is a second campus in Pergamino city, which is home to the university’s Biotechnology Centre and the School of Agricultural, Environmental and Natural Sciences.
The university plays a leading role in the region of Junín as it hosts the Buenos Aires Research and Transfer Centre. UNNOBA is also home to a number of other centres, institutes, and laboratories that are used to produce innovative research. Throughout the year the university engages in research projects to contribute to the development of society.
Academically the university is divided into three schools: The School of Agricultural, Environmental and Natural Sciences, The School of Economic and Legal Sciences, and The School of Technology. Within each school are a number of departments offering specialised courses for both undergraduate and graduate students. There is also the Institute of Human Development, which offers degrees in bioimaging production, nursing, and physical education.
Since 2007 UNNOBA has developed partnerships with international universities to give its students the opportunity to study abroad. Students can choose to participate in the academic exchange programme in countries such as Brazil, Chile, Germany, and Switzerland. The university collaborates with its partner higher education institutions around the world to exchange knowledge and research.

About us The Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London is one of the oldest law schools in England and recognised as one of the best law schools in the world. About the role This role will support the School’s online programme portfolio, of which there are currently three online programmes, with two new programmes starting in 2026. Working in a fast-paced and digitally enabled academic environment, the postholder is responsible for managing complex queries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting students from pre-enrolment to graduation and beyond. A key part of the role involves working with KEATS (Moodle) to support online learning. This includes updating course pages, uploading learning materials, and supporting the design and delivery of online assessments and activities. The Counselling and Mental Health Support Service is part of the Students & Education Directorate, a collection of wide-ranging professional services in place to support King’s students and their education. As a directorate we manage the student lifecycle from application to graduation and beyond, to ensure a coherent and seamless student experience and effective administrative processes, working closely with King’s faculties to do so. The Counselling and Mental Health Support Service provides a highly specialised Counselling and Mental Health service to students who are often in distress and require sensitive, timely access to psychological and mental health support. About the role: The role requires Clinical Assessors to carry out psychosocial, mental health assessments to students who have self-referred to the Counselling Service. The role requires highly developed skills and experience in carrying out mental health assessments, identifying risk and implementing safety planning with students. The assessment is also used to assess the suitability of the students access to the Counselling Service which provides a short term, five session, solution focused service model. The role involves referring students to external support where appropriate, for example, crisis mental health services, GP, NHS specialist services, other community services external to King’s. The role also requires Clinical Assessors to become familiar with the internal Student Support Services available to students and refer students appropriately. The Clinical Assessor is involved in triaging students who have self-referred to the Counselling Service. The role also involves allocating students, post-triage, to counsellors and Mental Health Advisors in the team. Full training will be provided, and the Clinical Assessor will join an existing team of triage and allocations specialists within the Counselling and Mental Health Service team. About Us The Drug Control Centre (DCC) which sits within King’s Forensics® an academic grouping within the Department of Analytical, Environmental & Forensic Sciences (AEFS), the Faculty of Life Science & Medicine is seeking an IT officer to support the Senior IT Officer to provide IT support for the sports testing laboratories accredited to UKAS Quality Standard (ISO/IEC 17025). The Drug Control Centre (DCC) is the only World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) accredited laboratory in the UK and played a key role in the Antidoping bio-analytical testing programmes for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Glasgow 2022 Commonwealth Games, Cricket World Cup 2019, UEFA Euros 2020 Football Competition and recently the Rugby Six Nations tournament. The DCC is accredited by the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS) across a range of sports, as a testing laboratory, analysing both domestic and international athletes in accordance with WADA's Prohibited List of substances. The DCC continues to be at the forefront of advances in anti-doping science and protecting both the integrity of sport and the health of athletes. The DCC has a Home Office License to hold, supply and produce substances included in the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and is a closed unit that requires a high degree of security secure and confidentiality in its work streams. About The Role The Drug Control Centre is seeking to employ an experienced laboratory scientist to lead on the routine analysis of sports tests using Gas Chromatography-Combustion-Ion Ratio Mass Spectrometry (GC- C-IRMS). The post holder will co-ordinate the passage of samples following endogenous steroid profile analysis by the Drug Control Centre under the direction of the Principal Analyst (GC-Technologies). Proven expertise in the analysis of biological samples using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry is essential. Knowledge and understanding of work within an accredited environment are an expectation. The post holder will have good time management skills and be able to communicate effectively within an accredited analytical laboratory environment Responsibilities will include providing analytical leadership to support the London Athlete Profile Management Unit (APMU) required timelines, the interpretation of analytical mass spectrometric data for anabolic steroids and the technical operation of the GC-MS and GC-C-IRMS instruments (troubleshooting and planned maintenance). Quality assurance will be important to the post-holder who will ensure controlled spreadsheets, standard operating procedures etc are maintained in accordance with UKAS (ISO 17025) and preferably World Anti-Doping Agency (ISL 2021) requirements. Working competently and competently within a controlled laboratory environment the postholder will support the Principal Analyst to improve current methods and procedures and the implement review as necessary. Other duties may include duties as assigned from time to time under the direction of the Head of the DCC and contribution to research projects within the area of GC-C-IRMS and GC-MS section This is a full time (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
