The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) was established in 2016 when the Mindanao University of Science and Technology merged with the Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology. The university is located in Misamis Oriental, a province in Northern Mindanao in the Philippines. USTP Alubijid is the university’s main campus, which focuses on research, innovation and entrepreneurship. The university has two other major campuses: USTP Cagayan de Oro and USTP Claveria. The campus in Cagayan de Oro has been recognised as a centre of excellence in information technology and centre of development in electrical engineering and mathematics. Meanwhile, USTP Claveria is the centre of development in agriculture education. Situated in vast farmlands, this campus specialises in farming, cultivation of food products, and dairy. The university also has five more smaller campuses: USTP Balubal, USTP Jasaan, USTP Oroquieta, USTP Panaon, and USTP Villanueva. The university has a number of research centres and institutes including the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology, the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and the Centre for Biomass Energy. As well as its research centres, the university is planning to build three science and technology parks on its campuses. These include the AGROPOLIS Science and Technology Park, the AGILA Science and Technology Park, and the USTP Villanueva Science and Technology.

About the Role The Lead, Health Placement Operations, is responsible for driving the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the College’s placement partnership portfolio. The incumbent will lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive practice intelligence framework, incorporating data governance, reporting, analytics and dashboards to support evidence-based decision-making and drive the successful activation of the Flinders Healthcare Centre. The role will oversee the development of systems and processes that provide end-to-end visibility of placement activity, enabling effective capacity planning, utilisation monitoring, forecasting and continuous optimisation. The role is also responsible for: Driving cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, system integration and process standardisation across placement activities. Providing high-level strategic advice, analysis and reporting to senior leadership on placement partnership performance, placement trends, financial sustainability and service impact. Embedding partnership frameworks and governance mechanisms, including agreements, performance measures and risk management processes that support sustainable and mutually beneficial outcomes. Description The Mathematics Program in the Science Division, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a post-doctoral associate to work on one or more of the following topics: Mathematical Physics, Spectral Theory, Quantum Chaos, Large Graphs and Quantum Walks. Related areas such as Quantum Information can also be considered. This position is offered through the research funds of Mostafa Sabri. The Mathematics Program at NYUAD is quickly expanding, the candidate will find many international experts and postdocs with whom to interact. Weekly seminars are in place across the various research areas represented at NYUAD. The successful applicant will also receive a mobility credit to participate in conferences. Applicants must have a PhD in Mathematics, with a strong background in one of the advertised topics, as well as an excellent academic record. Candidates with PhDs in Physics or Computer Science may also be considered if they willing to collaborate with mathematicians on these topics. For consideration, applicants need to submit a cover letter, a curriculum vitae with a full publication list, a research statement, a transcript, and at least two letters of reference, all in PDF format. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed twice. In the first interview, the candidate will give a talk summarizing earlier research.
