The Student Recruitment Event Team deliver all the virtual and in person events for prospective students to the University of Southampton. We are recruiting an administrator to coordinate student ambassadors to work in roles across our events. The role will advertise work opportunities, create ambassador rotas, deliver appropriate training and work with colleagues in the wider Event Team as well as academic staff and other professional services staff. The ability to work with Excel, Outlook and MS Teams as well as learn other systems such as virtual event platforms and CRM will enable you to succeed in the role. Good organising and timekeeping to administrate the multiple events through the cycle needs to be demonstrated, an understanding of Higher Education would be helpful but not essential and a willingness to support the delivery of in person and virtual events. We are looking for an individual who is committed to support the training and recruitment of ambassadors to enable them to represent the university and develop their skills in communication, presenting and customer service.
