You will be the ‘face’ of the University, dealing with everything from a student locked out of their room to crisis & emergency management, ensuring the campus is a safe environment for everyone, offering support and advice. Working hours for this role are pre-assigned “4 on, 4 off” shift patterns to support our 24/7 service. You will be expected to work 2 days then 2 nights for each “4 on” cycle.
