About the Role This identified position offers an exciting opportunity for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander academic to contribute to excellence in teaching and learning within the College of Medicine and Public Health. Based at the Mt Gambier campus, the Lecturer will play a key role in delivering culturally informed education in the Medicine (MD) Program and supporting multidisciplinary placement education. The role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences, fostering student success, and strengthening community connections to ensure culturally safe and responsive programs. Delivering high-quality teaching and curriculum development with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health topics. Supporting student learning through academic counselling, innovative teaching practices, and use of educational technologies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities to enhance cultural safety and engagement. Contributing to College activities, professional development, and community service initiatives.
