Assistant Lecturer (holding the title of Practice Consultant) in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref. 529973) (to commence in May 2025, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree with at least 5 years’ work experience in social work practice and be a registered social worker. Preference will be given to those with expertise in teaching and supervision of student fieldwork in rehabilitation, community development or multicultural service settings. The appointee will be responsible for teaching and fieldwork supervision at both undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels and curriculum administration.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
