UNAIR actively contributes to scientific advancement through impactful research—especially in public health. Notable innovations include:
- INAVAC, Indonesia’s homegrown COVID-19 vaccine
- Vaccines for African Swine Fever (ASF) and Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD), which affect cloven-hoofed livestock.
These breakthroughs exemplify UNAIR’s dedication to advancing science for societal benefit.
🌐 Global Network
UNAIR is also a founding member of the World University Association of Community Development (WUACD)—a global initiative launched in 2018 with 17 member universities, now expanded to 38 institutions worldwide. WUACD aims to improve the quality and reach of community service on a global scale.
