Universidad Nacional del Comahue or The National University of Comahue, popularly referred to as UNC, is an Argentine public national university with branches in the provinces of Neuquén, Río Negro and Chubut. The university was established by Doctor Guillermo Rodolfo Pessagno (Neuquen) and traces its history back to 1965.

The university offers diverse courses in different subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, history, geography, social anthropology, psychology, management, tourism, geology and mining. The language of instruction is Spanish.

The university has large campuses with the central campus being in the city of Neuquén.

Universidad Nacional del Comahue is among the largest public universities in Argentina and is reputed for its academic and research partnerships. It has research collaborations and partnerships with different national and international organisations. One of its most notable research partnership is the involvement of its faculties and students in the construction of the Pehuensat-1 satellite which was launched into space in 2007.
