The Senior Director of Operations is a key university leadership role, responsible for the delivery of professional services, strategy and planning, partnership development, and the management of all budgetary activities within the School. Reporting to the University Deputy Chief Operating Officer, they will help to enforce consistency and drive operational alignment across schools. They will be a member of the School’s Executive and Senior Management Team, and will work very closely with the Executive Dean, André Spicer, to deliver the University strategy in Bayes. Building on the foundation of existing legator relationships, you will develop a strategic and coordinated approach that seamlessly integrates broad marketing and engagement initiatives with tailored stewardship for individual donors.
