The role works closely with staff across Deakin to resolve complex access issues, support digital ways of working, and deliver enhancement projects that improve efficiency and user experience. This role sits within the Training & Enablement team and is a key escalation point for SharePoint and Teams related incidents and requests managed through ServiceNow. Reporting to the Manager, Training & Enablement, you will: Resolve technical SharePoint and Teams related incidents and requests via ServiceNow DeakinHub (all-staff intranet) site and content management, providing operational and technical support across SharePoint and workflow automations Understand and manage technical integration points across Microsoft 365 Manage SharePoint site lifecycle activities including migrations, archiving, and restorations in SharePoint admin centre.
