The events coordinator will lead a diverse range of tasks associated with events set up at the sports park, these tasks specifically range from; the set up and manual handling of equipment, liaising with the client, overseeing customer experience, the de-rig of the event and reporting back to the event executive with any feedback post event. Key responsibilities include: Managing and processing a significant amount of in-bound (web, email, telephone and personal) event and service requirements from a range of clients and facility areas. Working closely with external clients and some internal business areas to book, coordinate and manage the events space and inventory required to deliver a complex range of commercial activity Manage and develop key client relationships. RESEARCH ASSISTANT (PSYCHOLOGY/ OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY) AT THE SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (SIT) SIT Health and Social Sciences (HSS) is seeking candidates for the position of a Research Assistant for the research study ‘Integrative Neuro-social cognitive Strategy Programme for Instilling REcovery (INSPIRE): a Community-Based Cognitive Remediation Trial”. This study attempts to investigate the effects of cognitive remediation on neurocognition, social cognition and functional outcomes of persons with schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorders in the community mental health setting. It will be conducted in five community-based psychiatric rehabilitation centres. The Research Assistant is expected to work closely with colleagues at the five psychiatric rehabilitation centres, conduct outcome measurements and carry out all administrative procedures in accordance with research governance policies. The Research Assistant will also need to be able to work independently. Applicants should possess: a. an earned Bachelor with Honours degree in Psychology or Occupational Therapy from a reputable university. b. experience in research work in the field of mental health, particularly in cognitive remediation.  c. skills in organising research dataset, with the ability to conduct basic statistical analyses. d. prior experience in administering cognitive assessments. The Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry invites applications for the position of University lecturer in Agrotechnology starting on 1.8.2026 or by mutual agreement. Agrotechnology research focuses on the development of environmentally sustainable technologies for farming and food production. A strong emphasis is on technology innovation and sustainability by taking into account the interaction between technology, plants, animals, environment and society. Many future trends in agriculture require adoption of new technologies and their integration within existing processes. Electrification of machinery, automation, information systems, and machine intelligence represent technological methods that are important for future in order to develop environmentally sustainable farming processes, improve energy and production efficiency, and mitigate environmental impacts. The appointee must have wide understanding of agriculture and the technologies used within it, as well as extensive experience in measurement, implementation of measurement arrangements and data analysis. The responsibilities include research and teaching on agricultural production technologies, covering topics such as modern technologies in plant and/or animal production future cultivation methods, precision farming and automation energy efficiency The university lecturer must have the readiness to acquire research funding. In addition, the appointee will participate in the management of degree programmes, joint teaching, and other related tasks. The appointee gets to develop teaching and research of the field as a member of the Department of Agricultural Sciences, the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, Viikki campus and the University of Helsinki together with relevant stakeholder groups. The position offers a possibility to teaching and research with new and future technologies in agriculture and utilisation of digital methods in teaching and research. The appointee must have the necessary pedagogical skills for teaching and motivation for renewing and developing research and teaching. The responsibilities of the university lecturer also include participating in collaboration with other educational institutions in their field, student marketing for the bachelor's and master’s programmes, as well as engaging in societal interaction. Requirements: According to the University of Helsinki Regulations university lecturers must hold an applicable doctoral degree and be capable of providing high-quality, research-based teaching and supervising theses. The assessment of applicant merits considers scholarly publications and other research outputs of scholarly value, teaching experience and pedagogical training, the ability to produce learning materials, other teaching merits and, if necessary, a teaching demonstration. The degree requirement (doctoral degree) must be met by the end of the application period. In this position, the teaching and supervision responsibilities will be conducted within Finnish-language degree programmes. Success in this role requires a good command of both spoken and written Finnish. For those who have received their basic education in Finnish, a satisfactory proficiency in Swedish is also required (virkamiesruotsi). We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing the Centre's vision to life. Based at the Westmead precinct and supporting researchers across all University campuses, the Centre will serve as a collaborative hub that connects researchers, health services, government and industry partners to drive transformative research outcomes in child and adolescent health across Sydney and beyond. Working closely with the Centre Director and supported by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Research Centres Support team, you will provide operational leadership to progress the Centre's strategy. This will include, and not be limited to, establishing systems and processes that support the development and funding of highly productive research programs; actively engaging and maintaining key stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of strategic initiatives; and providing operational leadership to the centre, ensuring effective administration, governance, compliance, and financial management.
