Full time, fixed term opportunity until 31 December 2026 for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support the Casual and Labour Hire Recruitment Team Manage best practice hiring for temporary casual and contingent positions across the University Base Salary $112,628 plus 17% superannuation About the opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the hire of professional casuals and contractor positions across the entire university - everything from finance, strategy, administration, projects, compliance, marketing, communications and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of professional and academic leaders, to deliver fit-for-purpose casual and labour-hire recruitment services supporting key initiatives within your client groups. About you substantial experience as an agency or in-house recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment services within a complex environment recruitment experience managing high-volume and fast moving casual or contingent workforce requirements is highly advantageous change oriented behavior whilst ensuring compliance and data integrity is maintained proven stakeholder management skills able to balance competing prioritise in a fast paced, time pressured environment outstanding presentation, communication and influencing skills a desire to be a collaborator and a flexible approach to contribute to overall team success.
