About the Role This role works specifically within the Aged Care Incubator (ACI) Team, which supports aged care providers, technology providers and researchers to collaborate, solve problems together and implement innovative and emerging solutions and technologies. The Project and Programs Coordinator will coordinate and support the delivery of programs, projects and stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling, logistics, documentation and monitoring milestones and deliverables, to ensure activities are delivered effectively and on time. A snapshot of the tasks you will have the opportunity to contribute to are listed below: Play an active role is leading project ideation, planning, piloting, implementation and scaling, through structured coaching and operational support of ACI programs. Managing intake, tracking and follow‑through for enquiries, applications and engagements, including eligibility and readiness checks, issue escalation and maintenance of accurate records. Coordinating workshops, meetings, panels and evaluation activities, including documentation, feedback collation, participant follow‑up and preparation of reporting materials. Maintaining accurate records and databases for program activities, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and effective use of CRM and tracking systems. Maintaining program visibility and oversight by monitoring milestones, actions and deliverables, and ensuring follow‑ups are completed or escalated. About You You are a highly organised and proactive project delivery professional with experience supporting and/or coordinating programs in a fast-paced professional environment. The Faculty of Medicine School of Clinical and Experimental Sciences, supported by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (HIOWH), wishes to appoint an Associate Professor / Senior Clinical Lecturer in General Psychiatry. The successful candidate will have previously won external funding, have a strong record of research and publication, and be expected to develop a programme of research with support from clinical and laboratory-based colleagues. They will have demonstrable potential to acquire further independent funding and be expected to gain external funding equivalent to around 50% of the salary beyond the first three years. They will contribute to academic leadership within the Faculty and Trust and enhance the quality of research, enterprise and teaching. The Role and the Department The role supports the IS Senior Manager (Integrations) to deliver effective integration solutions to the University and is part of the wider Information Services (IS) collection of teams, which underpins the delivery of customer focused information systems and services.
