We are seeking an internationally recognised academic leader to join the initiative as Professor, providing strategic leadership in research, teaching, and industry engagement across one of the following areas: Economics of Advanced Manufacturing, productivity, and public policy Additive Manufacturing with a business lens, for example, human factors and business models. Artificial Intelligence in the workplace, business models and regulation. The Professor will strengthen the University’s national and international reputation in one of the above disciplines through high-impact research, education, and strategic partnerships. About You You are an internationally recognised academic leader with a distinguished record of research excellence, teaching leadership, and impactful engagement with industry and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: A PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline A sustained and distinguished track record of high-quality research outputs and competitive grant success (Category 1 or equivalent) Significant experience leading curriculum development, teaching programs, and educational innovation at tertiary level A strong record of HDR supervision and successful student completions at doctoral level Demonstrated leadership in building and sustaining research collaborations with national and international partners, including industry engagement Proven ability to provide academic leadership and mentorship to researchers and academic teams This position is open to international candidates and relocation and visa support is available.
