The role The Centre for Environment & Sustainability (CES) offers the unique Practitioner Doctorate in Sustainability (PDS) programme, in which students complete their research project within an organisation, solving a real-world sustainability challenge. We are seeking a part-time Sponsorship and Relationship Officer (0.5 FTE) who will be responsible for proactively developing new leads and opportunities with businesses to engage PDS students. The postholder will manage relationships with sponsor organisations for the duration of the project to ensure high student and sponsor satisfaction. About you We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and experience in sales/business development. The postholder should be proactive in seeking opportunities to attract and retain sponsors. The Future Ship and System Design (FSSD) programme aims to develop strategic and innovative design capabilities for the maritime industry in Singapore and globally. We are seeking a certified Power Electrical Engineer to design, analyse, and operate high-power and high-voltage electrical systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation across our facilities. The candicate will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI, and research team members to manage and execute the project, ensuring that all deliverables are successfully achieved. Key Competencies Design and review high-power electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, generators, and protection schemes Perform power system studies such as load flow, short-circuit, and protection coordination Operate and control high-power or high-voltage equipment Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules, standards, and regulatory requirements Support maintenance planning, reliability improvement, and asset management Work independently, as well as within a team, to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment The employee is to communicate with any relevant internal or external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met. Our research staff will have the opportunity to be equipped with applied research skill sets that are relevant to industry demands while working on research projects in SIT.  Job Responsibilities Participate in and manage the research project with Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI and the research team members to ensure all project deliverables are met.• Undertake these responsibilities in the project: i. Lead and support high quality publications to disseminate the applied research outcomes. ii. Plan, organize and carry out experiments and trials in the food pilot plant to achieve the objectives iii. The candidate is to liaise and communicate with any internal or external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met and to perform any other adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor.  Job requirements Have relevant competence in the areas of protein chemistry, analytical chemistry for amino acid profiling, polyphenol profile analysis, SDS-PAGE, and protein hydrolysis. Have a degree in Food Science and Technology, or Analytical Chemistry. Possessing a Master's or PhD degree will be advantageous Experience and Knowledge of operating HPLC, MALDI-TOF and Q-TOF Mass spectrometry for protein sequencing, carbohydrate/Sugar analysis, and polyphenol identification. Previous experience as lab-in-charge or equipment-in-charge will be advantageous. Able to communicate with industrial collaborators to share key findings, seek supports, or conducting commercial trials. Carry out Risk Assessment, and ensure compliance with Work, Safety, and Health Regulations. Coordinate procurement and liaison with vendors/suppliers. Work independently, as well as within a team, to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Health Services Research project manager for the an exciting new Centre Program Manager position to support Melissa Baysari and the team in operational management of a new NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence (CRE). The "CRE in Human Factors and AI-enabled Clinical Decision Support" is being led by the Digital Health Human Factors Group. You will work on managing multiple CRE research projects and capacity building initiatives related to the design and implementation of clinical decision support systems.
