What you will deliver: Complete specialist training in physiotherapy for functional neurological disorder and apply these methods in daily clinical practice. Deliver intensive physiotherapy programmes to participants with functional movement disorder and healthy controls within trial protocols. Conduct standardised motor assessments and accurately document clinical changes throughout the intervention period. Provide local leadership at Austin Health, coordinating trial activities, timelines and communication with the broader research team. Contribute to high-quality data collection, auditing, and preparation of ethics submissions, manuscripts and future funding applications. You may be a great fit if: You hold a recognised Physiotherapy degree and postgraduate neurology expertise, with current professional registration where required. You bring experience working with neurological or functional movement disorders, ideally within multidisciplinary or hospital-based settings. You demonstrate strong organisational skills, managing competing priorities, trial schedules and detailed documentation reliably. You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a supportive clinical research team. You have experience with data quality assurance, auditing or clinical research processes, including Good Clinical Practice principles. The appointment rank will be determined according to qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The initial appointment will be on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
