Examinations Invigilator – 0667-26 Primary Location (Regularly): Highfield Campus Department: Student & Education Services, Exams & Awards Team Salary: paid at £12.90 p/h. Start date: 4th May 2026 (This is the date online training will be available). Would you like to work as an Examinations Invigilator for the University of Southampton during the 2025/26 academic year and beyond? Exams are run in January, May/June and August. If you have applied previously and carried out Invigilator work for us before, you do not need to re-apply. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated people who want a flexible job that can fit around other commitments. Invigilators must be reliable, professional and in general good health. They need to have a clear voice and must be able to relay procedures and regulations calmly to students, in a firm but kindly way. Full training will be given prior to work being undertaken.
