About Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo

In 1947 the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC) was established from the union of the Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de São Bento (School of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of São Bento, founded in 1908) and the Paulista School of Law.
