About ARIIA Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) continues to transform the way we care for Older Australians. Funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care, ARIIA delivers activities across three workstreams to improve aged care for all Australians. Bringing together consumers, industry and researchers, ARIIA translates research into practice to modernise and pave the way for sector wide improvements, making a real and meaningful change to the aged care sector. About the Role As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will work closely with the Manager, Marketing & Communications to support the development of innovative marketing strategies and content for a range of channels and audiences that increases awareness and engagement in relation to ARIIA’s events, programs and services. As this role is seconded to ARIIA, this a unique opportunity to use your established marketing skillset in a higher education environment, focused on healthcare research. A snapshot of the tasks you will have the opportunity to contribute to are listed below: Play a leading role in the development of strategic marketing and communications activities and providing advice to senior stakeholders on priorities, risks, milestones and campaign outcomes. Writing, editing and proofreading high-quality content for a wide range of purposes and audiences, ensuring consistency with ARIIA’s brand guidelines and policies. Managing ARIIA’s website CMS, copy and content, ensuring public-facing pages are accurate, up to date and aligned with ARIIA’s brand guidelines and policies. Identifying newsworthy activities and achievements for external promotion in liaison with the broader ARIIA team. Leading the conceptualising and delivery of innovative, best-practice-based marketing and communications campaigns to attract attendees and clients to ARIIA’s events, services and programs, and to strengthen ARIIA’s reputation within the aged care sector. About You You are a passionate marketing and communications professional who has extensive experience developing contemporary best-practice multi-channel marketing campaigns, who is ready to utilise their skillset in an area where it matters most; to support aged care research. You hold a degree in communications, media studies, marketing or a related discipline (or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training), which highlights your commitment to innovative marketing and communication research, and understanding for tailoring marketing plans to a diverse range of audiences. You will also be able to demonstrate: Experience providing marketing and communications advice to a wide range of colleagues. Ability to use CMS, CRM and EDM platforms to support marketing and communications objectives, including creating web pages, social media content and email newsletters. Experience using competitive analysis, online analytics, horizon scanning and market research to inform decision-making. Exceptional writing and editing skills, including accuracy, attention to detail and experience in producing high-quality written content, and well-developed stakeholder and relationship-management skills. A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, with the ability to develop and deliver plans, measure outcomes, and report on future improvements. Position Description Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi invites applications for an open-rank position in Humanities or Social Sciences, with a specialization in Middle East Studies, with teaching responsibilities based at the Zayed Military University (ZMU) campus. The position may be filled at the level of Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor, depending on qualifications and experience. IELTS certification or equivalent qualification is an asset. Capacity to supervise and mentor students in research methods, project development, and academic writing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment. Knowledge of Arabic and/or French is considered an asset. As a Research Associate in Criminology, you will: Contribute to innovative research focused on offender rehabilitation and reducing reoffending.
