You should have experience as a registered nurse with at least five years in a clinical setting. For appointments at Level A or B, evidence of developing or established teaching capability is expected, along with a willingness to contribute to unit delivery and ongoing development of teaching practice. For appointments at Level C or D, demonstrated strong teaching capability, along with experience in unit coordination and flexible course delivery, is required. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills are essential.
