UniSQ is seeking an outstanding person to provide vision and leadership as Head of School and Dean, Nursing and Midwifery. This role will have responsibility for advancing teaching and education scholarship, and innovation, the future development of research excellence, and evidenced-based practice with a strong connectivity to community and the health services. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative and productive research environment through industry partnerships, health service collaborations, grants, publications, and research higher degree graduates. The role will work closely with the School’s academic team and health profession regulators to ensure curriculum is innovatively progressing nursing and midwifery practice, with a strong focus on student experience. The position can be based in either Ipswich or Toowoomba. Current Nursing registration and or eligibility is essential.
