Applicants should hold a BA and a relevant Master’s degree, with at least 2 years of teaching experience in tertiary education and proven expertise in teaching French to non-native speakers. They should be native or near-native speakers of French and possess strong communication skills in English (fluency in Cantonese or Putonghua is an advantage). Applicants should also be familiar with current trends in language teaching and have solid experience in event management. The appointee will be expected to teach a range of courses at various levels, assist in organising cultural events, and promote both Global and Area Studies (GLAS) programme and the French programme. Work with marketing and communications teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for courses and programs. Skills and knowledge: Strong experience in marketing, commercialisation and go-to-market delivery, including the ability to position, package and promote offerings to industry audiences. Proven capability in commercialising products or services, including development of pricing strategies, bundling, value propositions, and revenue models for scalable offerings. Demonstrated experience in business development, pipeline management, and revenue generation, with the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable programs. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, market analysis, and demand-driven program design, with the ability to align offerings to industry needs.
