New Uzbekistan University, located in the capital city of Tashkent, was founded in 2021 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The president established a new modern university as the flagship institution of tertiary education in Uzbekistan.
New Uzbekistan University is the first public autonomous university in Uzbekistan.
It is a world-class university with a mission to develop top talents across the country and around the world to nurture future leaders and innovators. NewUU is dedicated to encouraging the best academic and professional practices through an integrated multi-disciplinary curriculum and research.

Teaching and learning
Five Faculties of NUU provide research based learning with high quality of academic knowledge in a range of subjects across the Engineering, Management, Computing, Humanities, Mathematics and Natural Sciences. All undergraduate programs are taught entirely in English and internationally standardized.
