The role will include working early morning, late evenings and weekends on a rota basis.  About you The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role in which they handled staff effectively to achieve results. Understanding the importance of Health and Safety in the leisure industry is essential and the candidate should have the ability to deliver a high-quality service with minimum supervision. The post-holder will also be adaptable & flexible and will have the ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact, diplomacy and kindness. Knowledge of integrated management systems and experience of computerised leisure management systems are essential.
