Prior experience in working with respiratory viruses, vaccine/drug development and/or innate immunity would be advantageous. The appointee will deliver collaborative projects related to the development of live-attenuated vaccine strategies targeting influenza and other respiratory diseases. The appointee will be expected to either deliver projects with an immunology focus (characterising immune mechanisms) or a molecular virology focus (vaccine development). Desirable: Qualifications and significant experience in Higher Education, specifically Curriculum and Education Studies, or a closely related field.
