Adelaide University Health Clinics offers integrated primary healthcare by GPs, nurses and a suite of student-led allied health services including Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Psychology across campus and community sites. Core Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for patient enquiries via email, phone and in person Liaise with students and clinical educators to support client service delivery Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and upkeeping required documentation systems Maintain consult rooms to required standards and support general clinic operations, ensuring compliance with WHS and University procedures Perform finance duties including processing payments, reconciliations, invoice management, transaction reporting, Assist with staff/student inductions and operational support Experience Required:  South Australian Certificate of Education (or equivalent), or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. Demonstrated experience in a reception or administrative position involving provision of high-quality customer service. Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills. Demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office suite. The School of Engineering and Built Environment seeks to appoint a post-doctoral Research Fellow to work on a research project for 24 months funded by LEARN Logistics by Kuehne Foundation. This is part of a project in capacity building to improve higher education skills in Ethiopia and to establish regional universities as local powerhouses in research and teaching related to logistics and supply chain management. Your main duty will be carrying out joint research projects with Ethiopian academics, guest lecturing, academic-practice engagement projects, reciprocal research stays, curriculum review, and co-supervision for Ethiopian students. The duties will also seek to establish new ties between LJMU and universities in Ethiopia and potentially the wider region. You should hold a PhD degree and have an in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management with direct application in Ethiopia where LEARN Logistics by Kuehne Foundation is seeking to strengthen the education experience for logistics and supply chain management students and faculty. In addition, you should have relevant experience in the local industrial and academic processes and customs. It would be desirable for candidates to have a network of contacts from the private and public sector to support data collection and information gathering for research activities. Previous participation in curricula design and review processes is beneficial. Experience in presenting results at meetings is essential. You should be able to work effectively as a team member with academics, industrial partners, and research students. Preferably, you should be fluent in Amharic and another local Ethiopian language. Working collaboratively with the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC), project partners, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of complex research project outcomes through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, budget and subcontract support, systems thinking, and operational oversight. You will also support effective communication and governance across the project by contributing to steering committee activities, preparing reports and briefings, and helping to deliver a consistent and integrated approach to research administration and project delivery.
